Contestants reserving additional stalls will be required to pay stall fees of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per additional stall for the rodeo weekend. All legal service animals are allowed. Please be respectful and clean up after your pets.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><strong>There are spots with RV hook ups,<\/strong> water sewer, with 30amp power that are available for $35 per day some $20 per day with electric and water\u2026 spaces become available at 12 noon on Thursday, August 21, 2025. These spaces are first come first serve; no spaces will be held in advance for anyone.<br>Dry camping packages available for the-weekend 4 Days $100.00\u2026 please see our website: NMGRA.org -Zia Rodeo RV\/Contestant Parking. Contestants with badges &#8211; dry camping is free of charge. Donations are always welcome on our website using our pay pal icon.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Buddy Passes<\/strong> are $25.00\u2026Buddy Passes will be available at contestant registration only Friday 5-7pm. No Buddy Passes will be available after the close of registration. No replacement Buddy Passes will be issued if original is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Buddies must be present at registration with contestant to purchase passes.<br>Contestants traveling with children aged 14 and under, Junior Buddy Passes are available for $15 each. There is a maximum of 1 Adult and 2 Junior Buddy Passes per contestant.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Bareback Bronc Riding and Ranch Saddle Bronc Riding<br>Will Not Be Offered<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Contestant Registration<\/strong> is 5-7 PM at the rodeo grounds Friday August 22 , 2025. Under the grandstands west-side of the arena.<br>The Rodeo Secretary is David Hill if you have an emergency and will be late you must call David at . All entry fees must be paid by cash or card, please no checks.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><strong>LATE ENTRY FEE<\/strong><br>(IGRA Rodeo Rules VIII, 2, F &amp; G) (<a href=\"http:\/\/igra.com\/resources\/AdiminstrativeResources\/RodeoRules.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/igra.com\/resources\/AdiminstrativeResources\/RodeoRules.pdf\">IGRA Rodeo Rules<\/a> pdf)<br>Late entries for Zia Regional 33, will be accepted. A flat $50 late fee will be charged per contestant for rough stock and roping events. The late fee applies to contestants who have not pre-registered, as well as pre-registered contestants adding these events after the pre-registration deadline. New contestants (those not assigned an IGRA contestant number prior to August 1, 2025) will not be charged a late fee.<\/p>\n<p>Registration for rough stock events will not be allowed after pre-registration ends.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>ADDED MONEY<\/strong> \u2013<br><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\">Unfortunately there will not be any added money this year. However, NMGRA will be giving $150 ($50 per team member) per day for best Wild Drag Race Costume with no repeating costumes.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><strong>No Smoking <\/strong>will be permitted in the arena or chute areas during the running of the events. Please put butts in cans.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Camp-events<\/strong> will have a (1) one-minute time limit.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Contestant badge must be worn at all times for all events.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Non-Participants:<\/strong> Please note that the main gate opens at 9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. No one without a badge is permitted on the rodeo grounds prior to this time. If you\u2019re traveling with friends who do not have a buddy pass or badge, please understand that they will not be permitted to enter the grounds until the gates open to the public. Gate opening time is subject to change as the gate opening requires the approval from the Fire Marshal.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>IGRA Rodeo Rule IV.4 will be strictly enforced by NMGRA, along with all other rules. Any participant in an IGRA rodeo as a rodeo contestant, stock contractor and personnel, arena\/chute volunteer, rodeo official, or security personnel, may be asked by any acting rodeo official to leave the rodeo arena and secured working areas if under the influence or in possession of an open container of alcohol or any illegal drugs of any kind.<br>Disciplinary action may be taken against any participant in an IGRA rodeo for the possession of an open container of alcohol or any illegal drug in the secured areas of the rodeo including the arena, chutes, barn, or contestant areas at any time from the&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; text-align: var(--text-align);\">start of the first rodeo event until the rodeo conclusion each day. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; text-align: var(--text-align);\">Disciplinary action may include disqualification, and\/or loss of <\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; text-align: var(--text-align);\">certification.
